1. What products does Stitch & Timber offer?

Stitch & Timber offers a wide range of handmade items including embroidered & screen-print clothing, boutique clothing & accessories, sewn items, gift-able items and wood crafts: barn quilts, laser cut products and more!

2. How can I customize my clothing and accessories with Stitch & Timber?

Stitch & Timber does allow and accept many custom orders via email (preferred) but social media is acceptable as well. Contact us at info@stitchandtimbermi.com.

You can contact Stitch & Timber customer service via email at info@stitchandtimbermi.com with any questions or requests for customization. Social media is also an option but email is preferred. 

4. What is Stitch & Timber's refund policy?

Stitch & Timber accepts returns and exchanges of regular priced items only. Clearance items, custom orders, gift cards are final sale. All returns and exchanges must be communicated within 7 days of receiving your item. To start a return, please contact us at info@stitchandtimbermi.com. 5. What should I do if I receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact via email at info@stitchandtimbermi.com. We are very open and willing to make it right, just reach out.

6. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. In the event the return is declined, you be contacted with explanation.

7. What is Stitch & Timber's shipping policy?

All U.S orders containing $75 or more are eligible for free shipping. Please allow 2-5 business days for items to be shipped from the date of purchase. If there are any delays, we will contact you. All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Once the package is in the hands of the delivery service company, Stitch & Timber is no longer responsible for any delays. However, we will help assist with any delays or missing packages where we are able!
